Went there for a seminar. The set up of the hotel is unusual including many stairs. In my suite access to my sleeping room was via steep stairs! Really steep! Could be uncomfortable for people having difficulties to move. Room was good including bathroom. Food and breakfast were good and in line with the hotel.

Good stay. You guys should do something about early checkins. It’s a difficult thing to ask however, you guys can have temporary quarters of sorts for the guests to checkin or lounges where guests can also relax till the time rooms are available. This will be agale changer

The only thing we liked in Goa is our Hotel and the people here are very very nice. The food is nice and with staff like Bipasha,Sumit and Rahul it's even more calming here. We really liked it here and would 100% consider to be a guest at Novotel again in future.

Really enjoyed the hotel facilities specially the restaurant service. Bipasha, Rahul and Mark from the restaurant are very good personnel taking very good care of guests specially kids. Enjoyed our 3 nights here with beautiful memories to get us back soon. Kudos to the team.

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was great. The prices were on a higher side based on the room. Room service is also nice. We were served with welcome drink on arrival. There are some playing activities available for kids and adults on pool side. Also spa is here for relaxing.
